Greenwich Village Apartments

MSA completed civil engineering, environmental sciences, land surveying, and construction administration services for a new 224-unit apartment building located within the City’s Newtown Strategic Growth Area. The resort-style community is configured in three 4-story residential buildings, four garage buildings, a clubhouse with pool and picnic area, a dog park, and 407 parking spaces. MSA completed civil engineering, landscape architecture, planning, environmental, land surveying, and construction administration services.
