Cedar Grove Veterans Apartments

MSA provided civil engineering a Hampton Roads’ first affordable housing community for disabled and homeless military veterans. The project consisted of a 32-unit apartment complex and associated parking. In addition to residential space, the building also contains office space, a community lounge for residents, and a fitness center.
