Director of Environmental Sciences

Charles is the kind of technical, analytical, detail-oriented scientist who can understand complicated issues and present them to others in practical and useful fashion. He has served as third party reviewer in regulatory compliance and environmental impact projects and been an expert witness in environmental litigation.

Charles is accomplished in the area of hydrogeology to include all groundwater and surface water quality issues. He maintains excellent working relationships with environmental regulators and leverages these relationships to help him be the best advocate for our clients.
