Environmental Sciences

With over 20 years of experience, Brian leads the environmental sciences team by supporting project managers with project implementation and strategy creation. He oversees the preparation of Environmental Site Assessments, UST/AST investigations and closures, identification of contaminated soils and other hazardous materials, wetland delineations, mitigation, and permitting, and water and wastewater permitting. Brian is a Professional Wetland Delineator (PWD) and holds Virginia State Waters Delineation (VSWD) certification, providing specialized expertise in wetland and surface water identification and regulatory permitting throughout Virginia. He has excellent working relationships with environmental regulators and leverages them to be our clients’ leading advocate. Brian is committed to improving our environment and safeguarding our natural resources by educating the public about pollution and ecological threats.
