March 2017 – Two of our projects recently won design awards from the Virginia Beach Planning Committee. According to the Committee’s website, the purpose of the award program “is to recognize development projects that demonstrate innovative design solutions, outstanding quality, and enhancement of the built and natural environment.” We are privileged to have worked with such outstanding teams on both projects.
The Apartments at Spence Crossing in Virginia Beach received a Merit Award for Residential Development. This project included The Dragas Companies (Developer) and Tom Steele (landscape design/planning). MSA provided civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental services.
The Pier Shops at 15th Street in Virginia Beach received a Merit Award for Commercial Development.
